This involved coordinating new electric lines to support the high speed motors of the new doors. The old key fobs have been replaced with remotes and an app to allow the doors to be opened by tenant smart phones. Check it out! Fincor was called in for a job in Storrs, CT when 40 apartments were flooded due to a sprinkler system going off. Fincor team replaced the insulation, baseboard, flooring, bedroom carpet and hallway carpet. There was also extensive sheetrock repair and replacement.

Through precise ordering and coordination with the onsite supervisors, we stayed on schedule to complete 8-10 units every five days! Renovations even included full plank flooring in all living areas. We’re really proud that not only was this work finished on schedule; it was all done while maintaining a functioning kitchen and bathroom for all residents at all times. .

University students were in for a treat when we came to College Park, MD for a redesign of UView’s large communal areas. We overhauled the entire space, complete with custom touches like a wall covered in Legos, diner-style booths and upcycled materials. From areas to study and collaborate to spots to just hang out, UView turned into a cool place to call home. .
