Project Type: Repositioning

On a 100 plus Unit project in Hoboken, NJ, Fincor rehabbed all the units while they were vacant. The units had high-end finishes and we added washers and dryers to most. While on site, we renovated the corridors, updated the leasing office and refreshed the common areas. The remaining laundry room had an overhaul. We finished off the project by updating the exterior patio area and installing brand new grills.

In a multi-phase job in Fairfax, VA, Fincor replaced all the siding with Hardie Plank and painted all the exteriors. While outside, a Full Roof Replacement was done. All the units were rehabbed. The project was completed with the fitness center being updated with state of the art equipment, the clubhouse and business center were upgraded with modern high end finishes.

In Washington, DC Fincor was contracted for a full property repositioning. All the units were fully upgraded with a newly designed, reconfigured kitchens. The traditional radiant heat was converted to new HVAC mini splits in the living areas and bedrooms. The project was finished off by creating a new park-like feel for the outdoor entrances and walkways.

In New Brunswick, NJ, Fincor completed 2 student housing projects over the 4 week Winter break. We completed 6 lounges and corridors. The lounges required custom glass and imported tile from Italy. Some contractors told the client it could not be done, but Fincor guaranteed the client and did not fail. We were brought back over the summer to renovate 96 more units, including converting two bedroom and two bathroom apartments to a one bedroom and a studio layout. Working with the local municipality, we were able to complete this renovation before students returned in the fall.

On a 325 unit project in Hackensack, NJ, Fincor rehabbed all the units, while they were vacant. We renovated the corridors, leasing office and common area. The exterior of the high rise was updated with new paint, new balcony lighting and repairs, as well as a new roof. We repaired the garage and finished off this extensive project with new interior and exterior signage.
