Potomac Towers

In Arlington, VA we renovated 406 occupied units in a tight 10 Month schedule. This means we averaged 10 units every week, giving us only 3-5 days per unit. Even with the high volume and tight schedule, we stayed true to our occupied process and were able to give residents a functioning kitchen and bathroom at the end of every day.

Avalon Tysons Corner

In VA, we renovated another 250 Unit building, which remained occupied. Through precise ordering and coordination with the onsite supervisors, we were able to stay on schedule to complete 8-10 units every 5 days. Again, full vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the living areas and everyday residents were left with a functioning kitchen and bathroom.

Liberty House

In 105 unit building in Jersey City, NJ, Fincor renovated all the units, while they were occupied, in just over 5 months. We finished, 6 units every 5 days, while giving residents a working kitchen and bathroom at the end of every shift. Fincor was brought in to perform the occupied renovation, when the vacant rehab had stalled.

AVA Ballston

In a 344 Unit building in Arlington, VA, we renovated 8-10 occupied units every 5 days. This included full vinyl plank throughout the living area. During the year-long project, every unit was left with a functioning kitchen and bathroom at the end of every day.

Avalon Cove

Jersey City, NJ – Fincor renovated 505 occupied units in 16 months. Each occupied unit was completed on a 5 day schedule while residents had a working kitchen and bathroom at the end of every shift. Contracted to complete 8 units per week, we worked with the site staff and were able to increase our production to over 12 units per week. Additionally, while on site, we renovated the corridors with new paint, lighting and flooring.
