When Fincor was contracted for a roof replacement in Herndon, VA, we used architectural shingles. There were multiple buildings and we completed the entire community. Implementing our Fincor Safety program, we provided a safe environment for both the residents of the property and the Fincor staff.

On a property in, Gaithersburg, MD, we replaced all the siding, trim, gutters and downspouts for a completely new finished look.

On a property in Germantown, MD, we replaced wood and repainted the entire exterior with new custom colors, for a complete facelift to the property.

In Virginia Beach, VA, we started with replacing all the siding and finished with all new roofs.

In Fairfax, VA – Fincor completed a 700 unit window replacement project. We installed new vinyl windows, 9’ patio sliders in all occupied units. We worked with on-site property management to quickly complete the project with the least amount of interference to the residents. We were done In 4 months because of our precise planning.

In Lexington Park, MD, on a 300 unit complex, which consisted of multiple buildings, Fincor replaced all the siding, windows and finished up with new roofs. It was completed in 6 months with careful planning and execution.
