In Manassas, VA, Fincor renovated a large, free-standing multi-use clubhouse building. There was a full overhaul and upgrade to all the areas, including the Fitness center, business center, leasing office and pool bathrooms.
In Arlington, VA Fincor was contracted to convert an unused storage area into a state of the art 24 Hour fitness center with a separate fitness-on-demand spin cycle room. The bathrooms were updated. It was a blank slate when we started and became a huge modern amenity space.
In the same building with the fitness center, the dated 1960’s lobby had a multi-million dollar renovation into a Leasing Center, Conference Room and Resident Sitting Area with ornate metalwork, new millwork, custom lighting and finishes throughout.
In Edgewater, NJ, Fincor had 2 overlapping projects where we gutted multiple community buildings down to the studs and put them back together in just 4 quick months. The buildings included leasing offices with high end finishes, fitness centers with state of the art equipment, game rooms, lounges and kitchens. The results were outstanding.
In College Park, MD, Fincor was contracted to completely overhaul a large communal area in student housing. The space included areas to study, collaborate and hang out. It had unique custom finishes like a wall covered in Legos, diner-style booths and upcycled materials.
In an urban Boston, MA building, Fincor was selected to modernize the lobby, leasing office and resident lounge. This included bright modern finishes and a fresh exterior patio area for residents to lounge in the sun.
At a prime downtown Arlington, VA location, Fincor was hired to fully renovate the Common Area, Lobby and Leasing Area in a multi-million dollar project with super high end finishes throughout. The project extended to include modernizing the Business Center and Separate Fitness Area.
