In Arlington, VA Fincor was contracted to convert an unused storage area into a state of the art 24 Hour fitness center with a separate fitness-on-demand spin cycle room.

In College Park, MD, Fincor was contracted to completely overhaul a large communal area in student housing.

There was a full overhaul and upgrade to all the areas, including the Fitness center, business center, leasing office and pool bathrooms.

In Edgewater, NJ, Fincor had 2 overlapping projects where we gutted multiple community buildings down to the studs and put them back together in just 4 quick months.

This included bright modern finishes and a fresh exterior patio area for residents to lounge in the sun.

At a prime downtown Arlington, VA location, Fincor was hired to fully renovate the Common Area, Lobby and Leasing Area in a multi-million dollar project
